What's up guys fernando here so today i wanted to do an exercise that's going to help you develop your upper back and shoulder strength so for this exercise we're going to do it against a wall so our feet are going to be about six to eight inches off the wall here so away we want to place our butt against the wall and we want to place our head.

Against the wall so for this exercise we're going to start up with our arms all the way up and for this one we want to place our the back of the hands against the wall so we're going to squeeze the muscles in our shoulder blades and then we're going to bring our arms straight out to the sides and a big arc.

And then all the way down to the bottom we're going to flex and engage the shoulder blade muscles and then we're going to pause and then start over again so lifting our arms all the way up keeping those hands against the wall reach up high squeeze those shoulder blade muscles.

And then bring your arms all the way down pause for a second and then repeat so the key is keeping those hands against the the wall and then reaching up high really engaging the shoulder blade muscles here and then slowly bringing the arms all.

The way down to the bottom of the hips same thing still engaging the shoulder blade muscles the upper back muscles and then again so we want to do this about eight to ten reps so keeping those back hands against the wall working the upper back muscles the shoulder blade muscles.

And then slowly coming back down pausing for a second really engaging those shoulder blade muscles so this is a great and simple exercise that you can do very effective for the upper back and shoulder blades so try it out let me know how it goes and have a great day
