Hey guys this is Kate niemoff with Brianna's pickleball and today we're going to talk about the punch volley so when I'm here at the kitchen line and expecting to hit a punch volley I need to make sure that I open up my paddle face with my hips and not just my wrist or not just my arm once I've set up my hips and my paddle position I need to.

Make sure my paddle is aimed at my Target and at a 90 degree angle so that all projects outward now from here all I'm doing is punching through like I have a punching bag right in front of my body and I need to punch through that punching bag to really get a little bit more power on my punch so it should look something like this now keep in mind.

When I follow through I follow through directly to my Target and I punch straight through that punching bag stay tuned for more
