All right so for this tip if you want to gain more power on your forehand drives whether you’re hitting as a third shot drive or any other time in the rally two things I have for you get in a closed stance make sure you’re stepping in with your non-dominant leg in this case it’s going to be my left leg so I’m in this position Ball’s coming I’m stepping in.

And my non-dominant shoulder my left shoulder is facing my target then what I want to do is load my weight from my back leg to my front leg so right now the weights in my dominant leg my back leg and as I swing through up towards my left shoulder my weight is transferring forward okay so those are really really big key things that are going to help.
