First thing I'm going to do when that ball is coming towards me after I've got my paddle forward I'm going to step towards the ball in a forward motion with my right leg now my paddle I want to avoid it coming too far back so I'm actually going to use the left side of my body to guide my paddle so I'm adjusting here as that ball is coming.

Towards me we're going to swing and step through the shot okay what's important here are my feet are finishing towards my target not finishing across the body this is leading you to an approach to the net where you are attacking your opponent make sure when we're doing this that head is creating minimal motion
The swinging volley creates more depth, spin, and power when moving to the net. The key focus of this lesson is the paddle rotation using shoulders, weight transfer loading off the back leg and keeping shoulders even.
