I was first introduced to pickleball someone told me you can only hit with one hand not because it was a rule but because it's just a thing you should do but the truth is as pickleball evolves people are realizing that you can hit the ball pretty well when you use two hands especially when it comes to your non-dominant side known as the backhand.

A lot of players now really like using two hands they find they can get more power there's more stability and overall it just feels good so if you're out there playing pickleball and when it comes to your non-dominant side you feel a little uncomfortable why not put that second hand right on the paddle and take a swing.
